Bettina Davis and her team are committed to assisting companies to understand and reduce the impact of mental illness in the workplace – from both organizational-business and workforce-employee perspectives.

After Bettina left a career in social work, she spent two decades building and leading comprehensive human-resources organizations and supporting functions for Fortune 500 companies while working and living in the United States, Europe and Asia. Her corporate experience has encompassed C-suite roles, consulting engagements and training leadership. She co-wrote and published the book “Demystifying Technical Training: Partnership, Strategy and Execution” (Wiley-Pfeiffer) in 2010.

Bettina also has extensive experience observing friends, family, co-workers and employees struggling with mental health. She also has encountered some of her own. Together, her personal and professional experiences have given rise to her vision and formation of ma company starting well before the pandemic.
